Here at Wolff Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, we offer 3 types of air cleaners for your home. Ion generators, electrostatic precipitators, and UV germicidal lights. And all will get your home’s air cleaner than a traditional air filter.
AIR CLEANERS
Air cleaners can remove more biological contaminants, such as viruses or bacteria organisms from the air. It can capture about 97% of microorganisms that otherwise would circulate throughout the vents. It also allows for less dust to accumulate in your furniture.
AIR FILTERS
It can only remove large particles such as dust and dirt that can damage your heating and cooling system. This is about 3-4% of what circulates through the vents. The rest ends all over your home, which in turn affects your health.
